Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at turningline.com/ and any related tools, pages, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by turningline.com/ ("Turningline," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Turningline Is

Turningline is a free “AI navigator.” It helps everyday users choose and reach third-party artificial intelligence tools for tasks such as writing, images, photo editing, music, video, search, document analysis, stock information, and business strategy. Turningline may generate suggested prompts, summaries, and guidance, and may direct you to independent third-party products and services. Turningline does not own, operate, or control those third-party tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

4. Free Service; No Account Required

The Service is generally offered free of charge and does not require you to create an account. We may impose usage limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions at any time to keep the Service available and affordable to operate. Some third-party tools we link to may require their own accounts, fees, or subscriptions, which are governed by those third parties’ own terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (e) interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or the underlying infrastructure or third-party providers; (f) scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission; or (g) misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We may suspend or block access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Outputs produced with the help of the Service or the third-party tools it references are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or otherwise unreliable. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any output. The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind. See our Disclaimer for details.

7. Third-Party Tools, Links, and Providers

The Service relies on and links to independent third-party providers and tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, pricing, or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party tool is solely between you and that third party and is subject to that third party’s terms and privacy policy. Inputs you submit to a third-party AI tool are transmitted to and processed by that third party.

8. Affiliate and Referral Relationships

Turningline may earn referral fees or affiliate commissions when you click through to, sign up for, or purchase third-party products or services. This does not change the price you pay. For more information, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software (excluding third-party content and AI outputs), is owned by Turningline or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURNINGLINE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY TOOL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turningline and its owners, operators, and contributors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any dispute that is not subject to other binding dispute-resolution provisions will be the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
